Last Day to Bid for Promoter Shares of FMDBL

Today is the last day to bid for Global IME Bank's auction of promoter shares of First Microfinance Laghubitta.

The bank has been auctioning 81,500 promoter shares of the microfinance company from 23rd Chaitra, 2077, and the auction will close today, i.e. on 26th Baisakh, 2078, at the end of banking hours.

Individuals, existing promoters, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 300. While the minimum bid quantity should be 1,000 units, there is no upper limit. Nonetheless, bidders are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

Global IME Capital is appointed the auction manager. Bids will be opened at the premises of the auction manager on Baisakh 27, starting at 3 pm that day.
