Last Day to Clinch 14.75% Cash Dividend Proposed by NIC Asia Laghubitta

Today is the last day to grab the 14.75% cash dividend proposed by NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL).
The company called its 5th AGM on 10th Baisakh, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Gajur Palace - Hotel in Dharan, Sunsari, starting at 9 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14.75% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 21 decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in cash. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,73,94,40,000, the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 25,65,67,400.
The book closure date is from Baisakh 01 to Baisakh 10. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
