Last day to clinch 22% bonus shares of Citizen Investment Trust; LTP at Rs 2650

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT). CIT had announced 22% bonus shares from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2072/73. The book closure date has been set from Chaitra 22, 2074 to Baishakh 7, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders owning their shares till today, i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible for bonus shares and to participate in the AGM. CIT will be conducting its 22^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baishakh 7, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 2:00 PM. The current paid up capital of the company is Rs 74.03 crore. After 22% bonus, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 90.31 crore. CIT has earned Rs 18.21 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LTP stood at Rs 2650 as of last trading day.
