Last Day to Grab 20% Dividend of Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (KLBSL)

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL).

The company has called its 3rd AGM on 28th Jestha, 2079. The meeting will be held in Dhangadi, Sub-Metropolitan-2, Kailali, starting at 11 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The company has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 87th meeting of the board of directors held on Baisakh 25 had decided to distribute 20% bonus shares worth Rs. 7,85,61,775.05 from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 39,28,08,775.25.

Additionally, the AGM will also elect a board member and discuss about shifting its head office.

Jestha 20 is the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM.
