Last Day to Grab 31.5789% Dividend of Support Laghubitta (SMB)

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) has called its 7th AGM on Poush 10.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 31.5789% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 168th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 05 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.60 crores. 30% bonus shares worth over Rs 1.98 crores and 1.5789% cash dividend (including tax) worth over Rs 10.42 lakhs have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed  after approval by the company's upcoming AGM. Poush 01 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

SMB closed at Rs. 2,275 yesterday.
