Last Day to Grab 5.26327% Dividend of Sanima Mai Hydropower

Today is the last day to grab dividend of Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC).
The company has called its 11th AGM on 2nd Kartik, 2079. The meeting will be held in Smart Durbar Banquet, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 5.26327% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 20 for FY 2078/79 has decided to distribute 5.26327% cash dividend (including tax) to the eligible shareholders.
The shareholders registration book (book closure) is on Ashwin 12. Thus, shareholders till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
