Today is the last day to grab dividends of Ngadi Group Power Limited, NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1, NMB50 and Api Power Company Limited.
Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has called its 8th AGM on 3rd Ashwin, 2078. The meeting will be held in Queens Cafe, Anamnagar, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend and rights proposal. The meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 31 has decided to distribute 20% in bonus shares and 1.05% in cash dividend for tax purposes. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 11,78,22,060.
Furthermore, the board has also proposed 1: 2 rights shares for shareholders. This will be issued from the paid-up capital maintained after the adjustment of the aforementioned bonus shares.
The company has posted net profit growth of 110.26% in the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2077/78. The profit increased to Rs. 12.27 crores from Rs. 5.83 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Its earnings per share stand at Rs 20.84, net worth per share at Rs 123.14, and P/E ratio stood at 27.35 times.
Bhadra 18 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
NMB Capital has proposed a 20% cash dividend for NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1). The meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 32 decided on the matter. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Similarly, NMB Capital has also proposed a 30% cash dividend for NMB50. This was also decided by the meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 32. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Bhadra 18 is the book closure date for both the funds' dividends. Thus, unitholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
Likewise, Api Power Company Limited has called its 18th AGM on 25th Bhadra, 2078. The meeting will be streamed live from the central office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse 10.5% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2077/78. Furthermore, the board has also proposed a 1: 0.3936 rights offering on the paid-up capital maintained after the adjustment of bonus shares. The paid-up capital after bonus adjustment will be Rs. 275.89 crores.
Bhadra 18 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Bhadra 18 to Bhadra 24.
