Last day to hold the shares of Bottlers Nepal (Balaju); shareholders to receive 20% cash dividend after AGM

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) Limited (BNL) to participate in the upcoming AGM.
Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) Limited (BNL) has announced to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashoj 15, 2075. The meeting will be held in the premises of Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the meeting were:
- To endorse the audited financial statement for the fiscal year 2074/75.
- To appoint statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2075/76
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsing directors report for FY 2074/75, discussing about allowances and salary of the directors and discussing and distributing dividends for the FY 2074/75.
The company has announced 20% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of the FY 2074/75.
For the purpose of the 40th AGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Ashoj 01 till Ashoj 15, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Bhadra 31, 2075 shall be eligible to participate in the AGM.
