Last day to hold the shares of Bottlers Nepal (Terai) for its upcoming AGM; AGM to approve 40% cash dividend

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT) to participate in the upcoming AGM of the company.
Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited has announced to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashoj 16, 2075. The meeting will be held in the premises of Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat at 10:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting is:
- To pass the decision of term loan worth Rs 2.85 arba from Standard Chartered bank for expansion of PET Line
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsing directors report for FY 2074/75, endorsing audited report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76, election and appointment of directors from the ordinary shareholders and discussion about the dividend for the FY 2074/75.
It has announced 40% cash dividend for its shareholders.
For the purpose of the 32th AGM, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Ashoj 02 till Ashoj 16, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Ashoj 01, 2075 shall be eligible to participate in the AGM.
