Last Day to Invest in Garima Samriddhi Yojana; 8.5 Crore Units Already Fully Subscribed

Garima Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "Garima Samriddhi Yojana" to the general public today, 11th Poush, 2081. The issue opened on the 7th of Poush, 2081.
Out of 10 crore unit shares, 1%, i.e. 10 lakh units worth Rs. 1 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager Garima Capital Limited, and 14%, i.e. 1.4 crore units worth Rs. 14 crores, have been assigned to the fund sponsor Garima Bikas Bank Limited. The remaining 8.5 crore units worth Rs 85 crore are issued to the general public.
As of 5 p.m. yesterday, CDSC reported that a total of 94,092 applicants have subscribed to 11,14,52,440 units, amounting to Rs. 1.11 Arba, indicating the issue has been fully subscribed.
"Garima Samriddhi Yojana" is a closed-end fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
This is the first mutual fund scheme that Garima Capital Limited will manage.
