Last trading day to clinch dividend of Nepal Insurance, Green Development Bank and Mithila Laghubitta

Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has called its 72nd AGM on 27th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Airport Hotel, Sinamangal, Kathmandu. The AGM will commence at 11 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the company's 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 08 has proposed an 8% bonus shares and 2% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. 

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 17. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. 

Likewise, Green Development Bank Limited has called its 8th AGM on 28th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Hotel Barahi, Lakeside, Pokhara.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company has proposed a 4% dividend. This is the company's first dividend after being public.

The 154th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 28 has decided to distribute 3.8% bonus shares and 0.2% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. 

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 17. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

Similarly, Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has called its 12th AGM on Chaitra 29. The AGM will be held in Hotel Raj Durbar & Navrang Resort, Janakpur, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 206th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 23 has decided to distribute 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for the fiscal year.
