Laxmi Bank To Conduct its 22nd AGM on 28th Poush; What are the Agendas?

Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) has called its 22nd AGM on 28th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Agrawal Bhavan, Kamalpokari, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) To give full authority to the board of directors to complete all necessary procedures regarding the merger/acquisition of Laxmi Bank with any other suitable bank.

Poush 15 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
