Laxmi Bank to Retain all Earnings of FY 2078/79; No Dividend To Shareholders

Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.
The 263rd Board Meeting of Laxmi Bank held at 9:00 AM on December 1, 2022 has approved the financial statements for FY 2078-79 and the Board has proposed to retain all earnings for the year without distribution of dividends. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
