Laxmi Capital Market Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of LUK and LEMF

Laxmi Capital Market Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its mutual funds. Shrawan 32 is the book closure date. Thus, unitholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

The 82nd meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Capital held on Sunday evening, has decided to distribute a 9.5% (including taxes) cash dividend to the unit holders of Laxmi Unnati Kosh (LUK) for the financial year 2079-80. Similarly, Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF) has proposed an 8% cash dividend.

Last Year, LUK and LEMF announced a 5% cash dividend each for FY 2078/79. As of writing, the LTP of LUK is Rs. 9.24 and that of LEMF is Rs. 9.18.
