Laxmi Capital Market floating 8 crore unit Laxmi Value Fund-2 scheme from Shrawan 5; issue of close-ended scheme to be closed by Shrawan 9 at earliest

Laxmi Capital Market has started floating Laxmi Value Fund-2 to the general public from Shrawan 5, 2080.

The merchant bank is selling its 8-crore unit close-ended mutual fund worth Rs 80 crore out of which the promoter institution Laxmi Sunrise Bank will have ownership over 15% of the mutual fund while the remaining 6.80 crore unit mutual fund is available for public investment. Interested ones can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 80 lakh unit mutual funds, as per the media statement.

One can invest from any CASBA-approved BFIs or via Meroshare platforms. The earliest closing date of this IPO is Shrawan 9 while the issue will be closed by Shrawan 19, 2080 at the latest, as per the media statement.
