Laxmi Sunrise Bank Holds 24th Annual General Meeting

Laxmi Sunrise Bank successfully conducted its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 8, 2025, in Kathmandu.
The meeting reviewed and approved the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2023/24 (2080/81) and appointed statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2024/25 (2081/82).
The bank concluded FY 2023/24 with a balance sheet size of NPR 395 billion and a net profit of NPR 2.92 billion, maintaining all key financial indicators within prudential and regulatory norms.
