Laxmi Sunrise Bank Successfully Conducted 23rd AGM

Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s 23^rd Annual General Meeting was held on 11 January, 2024 in Kathmandu. The AGM approved the director’s report and annual financial statements for FY 2079/80 (2022/23) and decided to distribute 7% Bonus Share to the shareholders out of retained earnings till FY 2079/80.

The AGM also elected Mr. Raman Nepal and Mr. Manoj Kumar Bhattarai on behalf of promoter shareholders and Mrs Swati Roongta and Mr. Dinesh Paudyal on behalf of public shareholders to the Board of Directors of the Bank for the next tenure. 

The meeting of newly formed Board of Directors also held on same day decided to appoint Mr. Raman Nepal as the Chairman of the Board.
