Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited Appointed as Sales And Issue Manager for IPO of Union Mewa Hydro Limited

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has signed an agreement to manage the public issuance of 3,538,605 ordinary shares of Union Mewa Hydro Limited, valued at Rs. 35.38 crore at a nominal price of Rs. 100 per share.
The agreement was signed by Laxmi Sunrise Capital's CEO, Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, and Union Mewa Hydro's President, Kiran Malla. Union Mewa Hydro has completed approximately 35% of the 23 MW Mewa Khola hydropower project under construction in Mikwa Khola village, Taplejung district.
