Laxmi Sunrise Capital to Manage 3 Arba Rupees Debenture Issuance for Everest Bank Limited

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed to manage the issuance and sales of Everest Bank Limited's debentures worth 3 Arba rupees. The bank plans to issue "Everest Bank Limited Debenture 2091," offering 30 lakh units at a rate of 1000 rupees per unit.
Of these, 40% (12,00,000 units, totaling 1 Arba 20 Crore rupees) will be available to the general public, and the remaining 60% (18,00,000 units, totaling 1 Arba 80 Crore rupees) will be sold via private placement.
The debenture will pay an annual interest rate of 7.5% on a half-yearly basis for 10 years. The agreement was signed by Everest Bank Limited's CEO Sudesh Khaling and Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited's CEO Bijaya Lal Shrestha.
