The Laxmi Sustainable Energy Fund, sponsored by Laxmi Sunrise Bank and managed by Laxmi Sunrise Capital, held its first annual general meeting on Sunday.
This one-billion-rupee private equity fund, regulated by the Securities Board of Nepal, focuses on promoting renewable energy and sustainable development.
The fund has allocated 90% of its resources to the sustainable energy sector, including hydropower, with the remaining 10% designated for other industries.
