Liberty Energy Company concludes 9th AGM; soon to issue IPO shares to project affected and general public for 25 MW Upper Dordi Project with 85% project completion status

Liberty Energy Company has concluded its 9th AGM on Poush 27, 2075. The AGM was attended by chairman of the hydro company Mr. Kush Kumar Joshi, BoD Dr. Aatma Ram Ghimire, BoD Mr. Sushil Thapa, BoD Mr. Ram Bahadur Pandey, BoD Mr. Rajendra Basnet among others.

The hydropower company is currently developing 3 hydro projects out of which 25 MW Upper Dordi Hydro in Lamjung in its final stage of development for which the company has already appointed NIBL ACE Capital as issue manager for the issuance of IPO shares to project affected and general public. The company is in survey stage for 2 more small size hydropower projects in Baglung and Lamjung districts, as mentioned in the media statement.
