Liberty Energy Power issuing 34.65 lakh unit shares in IPO from Bhadra 3; under construction 25 MW Upper Dordi Khola A project to generate electricity from Kartik end

Liberty Energy Company has started offering its 34.65 lakh unit shares in IPO for general public from Bhadra 3, 2077.

The hydro company currently has a paid up capital of Rs 1.12 arba and is issuing total shares worth Rs 37.50 crore to both project affected locals and general investors.

The hydro developer is currently constructing 25 MW Upper Dordi Khola A project in Dordi Gaupalika of Lamjung district. So far, 98% construction has been completed and the hydro power is expected to generate electricity from Kartik end, 2077, as per the media statement.

The company has also received survey license for 24.6 MW Badighad Khola Project in Baglung and 1.6 MW Lodo Khola Project in Lamjung district, as per the media statement.
