Liberty Micro Life Insurance Partners with Nepal SBI Merchant Banking for 2,250,000 Units Share Issue

Liberty Micro Life Insurance Limited plans to issue 2,250,000 ordinary shares to the public for Rs. 100 per share, totaling Rs. 225,000,000. This initiative is in collaboration with Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd and RBB Mutual Fund 1.

A tripartite agreement was signed by Mr. Lekhnath Pokhrel, Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd, Mr. Badri Prasad Pyakurel, CEO of RBB Merchant Banking Limited, and Mr. Ram Kumar Yadav, CEO of Liberty Micro Life Insurance Ltd.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd, a subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal and offers various investment management services.

Liberty Micro Life Insurance Ltd, established in Pokhara, Kaski District, is licensed under the Insurance Act 2079 and provides micro life insurance services through four branches and six sub-branch offices across Nepal, including a regional office in Tripureshwar, Kathmandu. The company is registered with the company registrar's office.
