Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 132nd Board Meeting of LICN held on Baishakh 17, 2081 has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
