Look at the tentative cutoff price of auctioned ordinary and promoter shares of Womi Laghubitta; unsubscribed shares to be re-auctioned
Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) was auctioning its unsold ordinary and promoter right shares from Ashwin 06, 2076 till Ashwin 13, 2076. The bid opening date for the same was on Ashwin 27, 2076.
WOMI had issued 1,010,880 units as 100% right shares for the existing shareholders of the company. However, the unsubscribed shares were being auctioned. The details are:
Ordinary share: 46,509.20 units
Promoter share: 76,703.80 units
Siddhartha capital is the issue manager. As per the data provided, the tentative cutoff for ordinary shares stood at Rs.415 and that of promoter shares stood at Rs.105. A total of 257 applicants placed bids for ordinary shares and only 2 applicants bid for promoter shares. The maximum bid amount for ordinary shares stood at Rs.811.33 per share.
The issue manager added that the ordinary shares have been fully subscribed while the promoter shares remain unsubscribed and will be re-auctioned in the near future.
The trading of WOMI in Nepal Stock Exchange is currently being frozen due to its ongoing merger with Nagarik Laghubitta. The LTP of WOMI stood Rs.1128 as on 7th March, 2019.
