Loss Surges, NAV Falls in Bhadra of Mutual Fund Schemes of Citizens Capital

"Citizens Super 30 Mutual Fund (C30MF)" has published its Net Asset Value (NAV) report for the month of Bhadra. This is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 10 years. The NAV stands at Rs. 10.25 in Bhadra which was Rs. 10.46 a month ago.

The fund size stands at Rs. 75.07 Crores. It has invested Rs. 29.58 crore in listed shares and Rs. 1.97 crore in non-listed shares. This scheme has invested Rs. 10 crore in fixed return assets, Rs 2.13 crore in debentures, and Rs. 31.88 crore in the bank balance.

The fund has reported an increase in the net profit till the month of Bhadra which stands for Rs. 17.69 lakhs. In the month before that, the net profit was Rs. 1.76 crores.

As per the report, a mutual fund has reported a decline in Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs. 9.75 from Rs. 10.08. The scheme which began with a fund size of Rs. 82 crores has invested Rs. 47.96 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs. 2.14 crores in non-listed shares. This scheme has invested Rs. 4 crores in fixed return assets, Rs 16.63 crores in debentures, and Rs. 7.74 crore in the bank balance.

It has reported a net loss of Rs. 4.02 crores till Bhadra. The fund had reported a net loss of Rs. 1.37 crores in the month before that.

"Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2)" is Citizens Capital Limited's second mutual fund scheme and is a 7-year closed-end fund. The scheme has published its NAV report for the month of Bhadra, 2080.

As per the report, the NAV has declined to Rs. 9.46 till Bhadra’s end which was 10.49 a month before it. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs. 56 crores has invested Rs. 37.72 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs. 1.62 crores in non-listed shares. This scheme has invested Rs 10.04 crores in debentures, and Rs. 2.34 crores in the bank balance.

It has reported a net loss of Rs. 3.05 crores till Bhadra's end. In the month before that, a net loss was Rs. 1.72 crores of this fund.
