LS Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Laxmi Value Fund 2 And Laxmi Unnati Kosh

LS Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 31st Shrawan 2081 is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 30th Shrawan are entitled to the dividend payout.
The 144th meeting of the board of directors of LS Capital Limited held on Shrawan 14 has decided to distribute a 4.5% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of Laxmi Value Fund 2 (LVF2), and a 7.5% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of Laxmi Unnati Kosh (LUK) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of LUK is reported at Rs. 10.79, while it closed at Rs. 10.00. Similarly, the NAV of LVF2 is Rs. 9.55, with its closing value at Rs. 9.25.
