Lumbini General Insurance Company convenes its 18th AGM; endorses 6.99% bonus shares and 0.36% cash dividend

Lumbini General Insurance has convened its 18^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manohar Das Mool on Falgun 11, 2079.

Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the merger with Sagarmatha Insurance and endorsed the proposal of 6.99% bonus shares and 0.3679% cash dividend for taxation purposes, as per the media statement.

The AGM also approved the merged institution bearing the name Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company and has authorized the board to carry out all remaining works of a merger, as per the media statement.

The company also felicitated its employees who have been serving it for more than the last ten years, as per the media statement.
