Machhapuchchhre Bank convenes its 25th AGM; endorses 14% dividend for its shareholders

Machhapuchchhre Bank has convened its 25th AGM for the FY 2079-80 under the leadership of its chairman Dr. Upendra Mahatto on Ashoj 16, 2080.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM also endorsed the proposal to provide 13.30% bonus shares worth Rs 1.36 arba and a cash dividend of 0.70% worth Rs 7.18 crore, as per the media statement.
The bank had earned Rs 1.62 arba by the end of the previous fiscal year and maintained an EPS of Rs 15.85 by the end of the previous fiscal year.
The bank also has a reserve of Rs 2.69 arba, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 165 branches, 202 ATM booths, 130 branchless banking units, and 12 extension counters under its network.
