Machhapuchchhre Bank to enable use of its mobile and internet banking services to receive remittance amount; scheme to be valid only for USA and Europe

Machhapuchchhre Bank has launched a new service wherein customers can make use of its mobile banking and internet banking service to receive remittances from people living in the USA and Europe.

Under the new arrangement, customers can use mobile banking and internet banking service of the bank to request those living abroad to send them the desired remittance amount following which the target will receive the URL of the bank linking to the a/c that would receive the remittance amount. The recipient will then be able to dispatch the remittance via their cards, bank deposits and transfer options, as per the media statement.
