Machhapuchchhre Capital concluded its 4th AGM on Kartik 13, 2080 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bishwambhar Neupane thereby endorsing financial reports and a range of other decisions.
The merchant banker has so far been providing services of share underwriting, portfolio management, corporate advisory service, and depository participation service, and will soon be expanding its areas of work to other functions, as per the media statement.
