Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBJC) has called its 12th AGM on 27th Poush, 2080.
Among the other agendas, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports of the fiscal year 2080/81. The company has not proposed a dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The book closure date is on Poush 17, 2080. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
The shareholding structure of the company consist of 51% Promoter shares i.e. 30,600,000 units, and 49% Public shares i.e. 29,400,000 units.
Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Ltd. is a public limited company incorporated on July 29, 2010. It is promoted by NEA (a GoN Corporation) and Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL, 51% subsidiary of NEA) for setting up 102 MW run-of-river, Middle Bhotekoshi Hydroelectric Project in Sindhupalchowk district of Nepal.
