Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company convenes its pending AGMs; appoints new shareholders from public shareholder group

The company convened its tenth and eleventh annual general meeting to seek approval for the annual reports including financial statements of FY 2077.078 and FY 2078.079. The meeting took place on Wednesday (11:00 AM onwards), 2080/03/20 at Nepal Pragya Pratishthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Additionally, on the same day, the election for four directors representing the general shareholders in the board of directors was conducted, resulting in the following candidates being elected as directors.
