Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company (MBJC) To Convene 10th and 11th AGM On Ashad 13 With These Agendas

Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBJC) has announced to conduct its 10th and 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 20 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan Bhawan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
These have been stated as the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2077/78 and 2078/2079.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal years 2077/78 and 2079/80.
4) To approve the amount of financial assistance given to various associations.
5) Election of the Board of Directors.
The Book closure date is on Ashad 06. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
