Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has achieved international recognition by receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System, effective from August 16, 2024 (Shrawan 32, 2081 BS).

This certification, awarded under the "Provision of Development Banking Activities," positions Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank as a leader among development banks in achieving such a standard.

The certification is granted to organizations that establish a robust quality management system aligned with international standards, deliver excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously improve their operations.

Royal Impact Certification Ltd., based in the USA, conducted a detailed audit of the bank's policies, procedures, documentation, and overall management system.
