Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Launches Mahalaxmi Green House Loan at 8.99% Interest Rate

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank is launching the Mahalaxmi Green House Loan at a competitive interest rate of 8.99%, aimed at promoting sustainable and environment-friendly housing projects.

The loan will support the construction, purchase, and renovation of homes that incorporate renewable energy sources like solar, wind, and biomass, or are designed with water and waste management systems. Loans will be offered for terms ranging from 2 to 30 years.
