Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Proposes to Distribute 10.47% Dividend of FY 2078/79; How Much is Bonus and Cash Dividends?

The 548th meeting of the board of directors of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) held on Friday has decided to distribute the dividend of 10.47% of the Fiscal Year 2078/79. Likewise, a Cash Dividend of 6.47% and Bonus Shares of 4% shall be distributed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and passing the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company.
The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 4.01 Arba.
