Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Supports Autism Learning Center with Equipment Donation

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, under its policy of promoting institutional social responsibility in various sectors such as education, healthcare, disaster management, environmental conservation, cultural promotion, infrastructure development, sustainable goals, human services, and philanthropy, has been conducting numerous programs.

As part of this initiative, the bank's Damak branch has provided a computer and printer to the Autism Learning Center operated by Saraswati Secondary School, Damak-09, Itabhatta, Jhapa. This support aims to make educational activities for students with autism more effective. In a program organized at the school, these materials were handed over to the school’s principal. Currently, 24 students with autism enrolled at the center are expected to benefit directly from this contribution. The bank believes such efforts will significantly contribute to overall educational and social development.

Additionally, in line with its policy of offering advanced, secure, and user-friendly digital banking services, the bank has recently upgraded its mobile application and launched “Mahalaxmi Smart Sathi.”
