Mahila Laghubitta appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as its share registrar; merchant bank to carry out all share related jobs of microfinance

Mahila Laghubitta has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as its share registrar.
The agreement regarding the same was signed between CEO of Mahila Laghubitta Mr. Krishna Prasad Neupane and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Devraj Adhikari on Mangsir 4, 2077 amid a program, as per the media statement.
With this agreement, all stock related works of Mahila Laghubitta will be carried out by Nepal SBI Merchant Bank, as per the media statement.
