Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta amends dividend decision; to distribute 17.50% dividend for FY 75/76

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the amendment in dividend decision of Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSMBS).

As per the notice, the 99^th BOD meeting of the company held on Poush 8, 2076 has decided that the company will distribute 10% bonus shares and 7.50% cash dividend (including tax) out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.

The company had previously decided to distribute 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend out of profits of FY 75/76. The existing paid up capital of the company stands at Rs.12.10 Crore.
