Mahuli Laghubitta Appoints Sunrise Capital as Issue Manager To Float its Shares in FPO

Mahuli Laghubitta has appointed Sunrise Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its 4.16 lakh unit shares to the general public through a FPO process with an added premium in the base price.
The agreement was signed between CEO of the microfinance Mr. Gangadhar Pandey and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha amid a program on Mangsir 27, 2078.
