Mai Khola Hydropower Calls 4th AGM on Mangsir 14

Mai Khola Hydropower Limited (MKHL) has called its 4th AGM on 14th Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will be held in Smart Durbar located at Shankha Park, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 a.m. that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) Approve decisions and actions made by BoDs.
5) Misc.

The book closure date is declared on Kartik 29. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
