Maina Devi Foundation and Kumari Job Partner for Kathmandu Trash Collection Race 2025

Maina Devi Foundation (MDF) has partnered with Kumari Job Pvt. Ltd., Nepal’s leading HR consulting firm, as the Title Sponsor for the Kathmandu Trash Collection Race (KTCR) 2025, scheduled for January 11.

The 5-kilometer event starts at Tinkune and concludes at Maitighar, combining fitness, teamwork, and environmental responsibility. Participants will pair up to collect trash along the route, with the top three teams receiving cash prizes of Rs. 50,000, Rs. 25,000, and Rs. 15,000, respectively.

With over 3,000 participants and 300 volunteers expected, the event highlights sustainability, supported by Kumari Job’s commitment to environmental and social impact. Waste collected will be systematically managed in collaboration with Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
