Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MKLB) has urged its shareholders to pay the tax amount for 17% bonus shares.

The company endorsed a 17% bonus share for the fiscal year 2077/78 through its 4th AGM on 19th Poush, 2078. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute a 17% bonus dividend from its paid-up capital of Rs. 12.11 crores.
