Mandu Hydropower Unveils Book Closure Date for its 10% Cash Dividend; Calls AGM on Mangsir 15

Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has called its 12th AGM on 15th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Courtyard, Chhaya Center, Thamel, Kathmandu, starting at 10 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The company's 205th meeting of the board held on 16th Kartik 2080, proposed the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.36 Arba. A 10% cash dividend worth Rs 13.63 crores has been proposed.
Furthermore, an agenda is to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2079/80 and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81. There is an agenda to elect the director from public shareholding group and the appointment of a director from the founder group.
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 4th Mangsir, 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till 3rd Mangsir are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
