Manjushree Finance and Century Bank to issue debenture; Separate applications sent to SEBON

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) and Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) have both submitted their separate applications to SEBON in order to issue debentures.
Manjushree Finance submitted its application for Manjushree Finance Limited Debenture 2085 on Ashwin 21. Five lakh units worth Rs. 50 crores will be issued. While 2 lakh units will be issued to the public, 3 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.
The debenture has a coupon rate of 9.5% and will mature in 8 years. NIBL Ace Capital is appointed the issue manager for this debenture issue.
Meanwhile, Century Commercial Bank submitted its application for Century Debenture 2087 on Ashwin 22.
22 lakh units worth Rs. 2.2 Arba will be issued. While 8.8 lakh units will be issued to the public, 13.2 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. The debenture has a coupon rate of 9% and a maturity period of 10 years. Global IME Capital is appointed as the issue manager.
