Manjushree Finance Limited Decides Not To Distribute Dividends of FY 78/79

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) did not propose to give cash dividends or bonus dividends to its shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2078/79 at its 236th meeting of the board of directors, which was conducted on Friday.
It has been decided to send it to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after the financial statements/schedules for 2078/79, which include the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and cash flow forecast, have been authorized by Nepal Rastra Bank.
