Manushi Laghubitta and Shrijanshil Laghubitta Concludes SGM on Merger Related Agendas

Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBS) and Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SHLB) are set to merge. Manushi Laghubitta recently presented a proposal in a special general meeting held at Banepa Resort on Saturday. The meeting has also passed a proposal regarding the share swap ratio of 73: 100 for the merger.

Furthermore, the selection of the executive committee was conducted without any objections. A memorandum of understanding had been signed between the two microfinance companies on Chaitra 05, 2079. The meeting granted full authority to the executive committee to conclude all remaining tasks related to the merger.

Similarly, Shrijanshil Laghubitta also held a special general meeting on Saturday and successfully passed proposals on matters concerning the merger.
