Manushi Laghubitta Holds 6th AGM, Reports Financial Improvement
Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBS) successfully held its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday at Hotel View Bhaktapur, Jagati. The annual report, presented by Chairperson Padmasana Shakya, was unanimously approved. CEO Shova Bajracharya highlighted the institution’s progress and expressed commitment to distributing dividends next year.
Marking its 6th anniversary, MLBS now operates 36 branches across 14 districts. The company holds 10.93 crore shares and has a reserve fund of Rs. 4.23 crore. While its Earnings Per Share (EPS) remains negative at Rs. -7.22, it has significantly improved from Rs. -38.25 last year. The institution has collected over Rs. 98.78 Crore in deposits from 33,718 members during the review period.
