Market closes with minimal gain at 1320.47 points; three companies hit the positive circuit

After a volatile trading day, the market closes with gain of 0.26% or 3.36 points. The benchmark index closed at 1320.47 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.1.51 Arba achieved through trade of 4,455,545 units of shares traded through 13,797 transactions trading scrips of 183 listed companies in the process.
Promoter Shares of Himalayan Bank Limited (HBLPO) dominated the trade today with turnover of Rs.24.46 Crore achieved through trade of 843,507 units of shares. The LTP of the scrip stood at Rs.290 per share.
Gurans Life Insurance Company (GLICL) gained the most at 9.82% or 61 points. Global IME Bank (GBIME) and Panchthar Power Company (PPCL) hit the positive circuit. NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) was today’s top loser after losing 6.48% or 1 point, closing at Rs.9.52 per unit.
Sensitive Index gained 0.90 points and closed at 284.43 points while Float Index gained 0.37 points and closed at 93.72 points.
